The Midwestern Bookish Belles is Luci Taylor's debut series featuring YA modern reimagined classic novels for ADHD readers. All of the Belles will have two books (and perhaps a novella). The books are standalone, but interconnected. Some characters overlap across the series and easter eggs for other Belles appear frequently. However, you can understand the plot without reading the series in order. 

 

Neurodivergent characters are present in each book. Some characters have official diagnoses and others don't. It depends on the circumstances of the story and the individual character. Luci is passionate about sharing stories that show neurodivergent readers that their brains are wonderful and unique. Luci wants to empower others to see their brain as a wonderful gift, just as she does with hers.
